植物细胞中钙通道的分布及其在植物抗逆机制中作用的研究进展

摘 要:

钙信号是植物生长发育的重要调控因子。当植物受到外界的环境刺激时, 细胞中钙离子浓度会出现特异性变化, 引起一系列保护性生理反应。在细胞膜上存在可以迅速转运钙离子的通道蛋白, 钙通道蛋白是植物对外界刺激做出反应时, 将信号物质从胞外传导到胞内的直接媒介。钙通道按电压依赖性可分为去极化钙离子通道、超极化钙离子通道和非电压依赖性通道3种类型。钙通道在植物细胞中参与了众多的信号转导过程, 本文对植物细胞不同部位存在的钙通道类型及钙离子作为信号物质在植物受到非生物胁迫时产生的应激机制进行了综述。

Research Progress of Ca2+ Channel and the Effect of Ca2+ on Plant Resistance Mechanism in Plant Cells

Abstract:

Calcium (Ca2+) signals are core transducers and regulators in many adaptation and developmental processes of plants. It has been found that transient change of Ca2+ concentration in plant cells when exposed to environmental stimuli protects plants from environmental stress. Channel proteins which exists on the cell membrane, can quickly transport calcium ion. When plants respond to external stimuli, calcium channel proteins are direct media for signal substance transport from extracellular to intracellular. Three types of Ca2+ channels have been identified in the plant cell membrane. They are DACCs (depolarization-activated Ca2+-permeable channels), HACCs (hyperpolarization-activated Ca2+-permeable channels) and VICCs (voltage-independent Ca2+-permeable channels). Ca2+ channels take part in many signal-transduction processes in plant cells. In recent years, progress has been made in the researches on Ca2+ channels in plant cells. Here, different types of Ca2+ channels and Ca2+ involved with plant stress resistance were summarized in this paper.
